D.C. March for prisoners' human rights

On my podcast, "One Mother's Voice," I advocate that families of inmates become active in criminal justice reform by whatever means necessary---lobby for reforms, donate to advocacy groups, pressure state and federal legislators, or form support groups. An upcoming march and rally sponsored by iamWE (part of the Prisoner Advocacy Network) offers an opportunity to take action against mass incarceration in a public forum. The "Millions for Prisoners Human Right March" will be held in Washington, D.C. on Saturday, August 19, 2017.March 11:30 AM to 12:00 PMRally   12:00 PM to 5:00 PMLocation: Outside of the White House (Lafayette Park) Pennsylvania Avenue NW and 16th Street. For additional information, click on the link above.
